A high torque induction      system, four valves per cylinder and a highly turbulent combustion chamber, all contribute to the 1200 horsepower achieved from the 904 cubic inch displacement. 

Adding to the combustion efficiency are sequentially fired fuel injectors, to help make consistent power in all environments and with all gasoline quality variance.
