Ten Years after the sale of the Eagle engine, the partnership decided to create another engine based on the same D.O,H.C., four valve per cylinder concept, but with many improved design changes. New tooling was created to expand its capabilities to include 900+ cubic inches. The purpose of the new engine is to create 1200 reliable horsepower on pump gasoline without supercharging. The primary target is the marine cruiser market.
